I have struggled with my weight most of my life. Tried pretty much any and every diet you could think of. Some worked, for a while, but then I regained all the weight and more and I either felt tired, grumpy or hungry the entire time.
The 1:1 Diet is just so easy to follow. I don’t need to spend hours weighing or prepping food. It’s basically all done already. I couldn’t believe how easily the weight came off AND I felt great! I am excited about supporting people on their journey to becoming slimmer and healthier on this amazing plan, because through my own struggles of losing 40kgs I know what a rollercoaster it can be.
